1890-CC $1 Tailbar, VAM-4, MS63 PCGS. CAC. A Top 100
Variety. This Tail Bar variety is easily recognizable with the
leaves and fletchings connected by a sizeable die gouge. Near-fully
struck surfaces are entirely brilliant and awash in frosted mint
luster. Grazes are minor, especially on the reverse.Ex: Long Beach Signature (Heritage, 9/2018), lot 3876.
