1900 $1 Lafayette Dollar MS65 PCGS. DuVall 1-B. A plentiful DuVall variety, suitable for type purposes. The Lafayette dollar was the first and only silver dollar included in the classic commemorative series, with a distribution of 36,026 coins (including assay pieces). This Gem example is sharply struck and shows no bothersome abrasions. Each side has champagne luster, with russet overtones along the upper obverse border and lavender hues over much of the reverse.(Registry values: N4719)
