1883-CC Dollar, MS66 Deep Mirror Prooflike
A Brilliant Cameo
1883-CC $1 MS66 Deep Mirror Prooflike PCGS. Although
plentiful overall, the 1883-CC Morgan becomes elusive in the upper
levels of the Deep Mirror Prooflike category. This Premium Gem
example is beautifully preserved with untoned white-on-black
contrast and a bold strike. A few light grazes on the cheek are all
that limit the grade. PCGS has seen only two Superb Gems finer in
Deep Mirror Prooflike (6/16).(Registry values: P2, N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 254H, PCGS# 97145, Greysheet# 7731)
