Description

1890-CC Dollar, MS65
Rare Any Finer

1890-CC $1 MS65 PCGS. Gem condition is likely the finest most collectors can hope to obtain of the 1890-CC dollar; PCGS and NGC combined have seen only 19 specimens grading higher (5/16). Silver-gray surfaces display pleasing luster and exhibit well-defined design elements. A few light obverse grazes are consistent with the grade, but they are less frequent than normally seen for the issue and do not diminish the Mint-fresh appeal.(Registry values: P5, N2998)
