1798 $1 Small Eagle, 15 Stars--Plugged--NGC Details. Fine. B-2, BB-81, R.3. Bowers-Borckardt Die State II. Plugged and re-engraved near the right ribbon end of the reverse and opposite near the E in LIBERTY. Moderately granular, and the rims on both sides are tooled. The area of the date is hairlined.
