1901 Dollar, MS61
Elusive in Mint State
1901 $1 MS61 PCGS. A Mint State example of this
conditionally elusive 20th century issue, showing satiny luster and
a blush of light golden toning. Light surface marks account for the
grade but few are obvious to the naked eye. The 1901 Morgan dollar
is a better date in Uncirculated condition, although the present
coin remains accessible for many collectors.(Registry values: P9, N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 256J, PCGS# 7272, Greysheet# 7590)
