1879-CC $1 MS64 PCGS. VAM-5. Liberty's chin and nosetip are lightly die doubled on VAM-5, the most often encountered variety on Mint State examples of this semikey Carson City issue. A stone-white near-Gem that boasts vibrant cartwheel sheen and a solid strike. The cheek and upper reverse field display small marks. A tan freckle at the left tip of the branch provides an identifier.(Registry values: P7, N2998)
