1893-CC $20 AU58 NGC. Variety 2-A. This radiantly lustrous wheat-gold near-Mint coin boasts sharp design elements and smooth, luminous surfaces. Barely a brush of friction is evident on Liberty's cheek and in the open areas of the fields, and at some angles it is not even detectable. Eye appeal easily rivals that of many Mint State 1893-CC double eagles that we have seen.(Registry values: N1793)
