1795 O-125 Half Dollar, AU Details
1795 50C 2 Leaves -- Repaired, Whizzed -- NGC Details. AU. O-125, R.5. Both sides have exceptional design definition, including nearly full breast feathers on the eagle. While the sharpness would qualify this piece for one of the finest known, the surface quality diminishes its census rank. Splashes of toning appear on light silver surfaces with clear evidence of repair and whizzing on both sides. A heavy patch of adjustment marks is located near the right obverse border.From The Fred Yee Collection.
