Description
1851-C Quarter Eagle, XF45
Low Mintage, Low Survival

pair. Like many of its brethren, this is a low-mintage issue that

before it was released for circulation. They have an appearance
similar to adjustment marks on earlier Federal coinage. Both sides
have rich greenish-gold color with hints of luster. Population: 22
in 45, 30 finer (2/11).(Registry values: P2)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25HM, PCGS# 7760, Greysheet# 8365)
