1859 10C MS67 PCGS. CAC. Delicate gold and light brown toning graces this lustrous and sharply struck Superb Gem, including the bowknot, an area usually flat. Only the hair atop Liberty's head displays the usual softness. Examination with the aid of a loupe fails to locate any significant marks. Struck from moderately clashed dies, and encapsulated in a green label holder. The final Philadelphia issue for the laurel wreath reverse. Population: 15 in 67 (1 in 67+), 1 finer (8/14).
