1936 50C Columbia MS68 PCGS. The Columbia, South Carolina Sesquicentennial half dollar features the Scales of Justice armed with a sword in front of the State Capitol building, while the reverse shows a solitary palmetto tree (the state's emblem) surrounded by stars. These commemorative half dollars were well-produced and carefully handled during distribution. Beautiful toning graces this Superb Gem's upper obverse including cobalt-blue, violet, vivid-orange, and yellow-gold colors. A full strike reveals no relevant marks or abrasions.
