Description
Nicholas I. Rouble 1849 CПБ-ПA, Crowned Imperial eagle/ Crown above legend, all in wreath, Bit-224, Uzd-1668, MS65 NGC. Fully mirror-like fields with frosted devices and a bold strike. The imperfections are small, and few, and the central areas white with bands of charcoal toning around the peripheries. This piece has all of the characteristics of a Proof coin, and we feel that this piece needs to be carefully examined. Ex: Hesselgesser.From the Belle Glade Collection, Part Two.
