Suitably Defined 1793 Wreath Cent
1793 1C Wreath Cent--Vine and Bars, Tooled--ANACS. VF Details, Net Fine 12. S-8, Low R.3. The obverse presents remarkably well despite the impairment with a rich, glossy, mahogany-brown sheen. The fields do, however, appear to have been smoothed over to remove distracting abrasions. The reverse is mostly chocolate-brown in color with splashes of crimson and orange patina over the lower right. A scrape near the C in CENT is worthy of mention.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 223H, PCGS# 1347, Greysheet# 1220)
