Splendid 1878 Nickel PR66 Cameo PCGS
1878 5C PR66 Cameo PCGS. A flashy and exactingly struck premium Gem, faintly toned in powder-blue and golden hues. The fields are gently reflective, and also display cartwheel shimmer. Cameo contrast is not prominent but detectable. The second of two proof-only dates in the series. Light recutting is present on the lower loop of the second 8 in the date.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 276V, PCGS# 83832, Greysheet# 2929)
