1879 5C PR65 NGC. Breen-2514. A very scarce variety showing evidence of the 8 inside the closed portions of the 9. This feature is seen only on a small population of the known proof issues. Bright and lightly toned, with milky apricot and light green toning and nicely mirrored fields.From The Hensley Collection.
