Description

Solid XF45 1889-CC Dollar

1889-CC $1 XF45 PCGS. This Choice XF example has relatively clean, pearl-gray surfaces, with slightly darker color at the peripheries and typical highpoint wear for the grade. The 1889-CC issue has long been considered as one of the key dates in the Morgan dollar series as only 350,000 pieces were struck. Survivors are scarce, and getting increasingly expensive, at all grade levels.(Registry values: P9, N1793)
