Description

1904-O Dollar, MS67
Semiprooflike, None Numerically Finer

1904-O $1 MS67 PCGS. A generous amount of prooflikeness competes with intermittent mint frost across the lustrous fields of this untoned, silver-white example. Only a few wayward lines of an insignificant nature are scattered in remote areas of the coin. The strike is unusually sharp for a New Orleans issue, a surprisingly characteristic of the issue. In terms of eye appeal, this is a Superb Gem in every sense of the words, and importantly, neither service has certified a numerically finer piece. Population: 42 in 67, 0 finer (3/15).(Registry values: P1, N2998)

Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 256V, PCGS# 7292, Greysheet# 7664)
