1944 Steel Planchet--Corroded--ANACS. VF Details, Net VG 8. Heavily worn and corroded, the surfaces are deep charcoal-gray over both sides. Even with the surface problems mentioned, it is immediately apparent that this is not a regular issue bronze cent. Always of interest to cent and error collectors.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22EA, PCGS# 2722, Greysheet# 1981)
