1813 50C 50C Over UNI MS64 NGC. O-101, High R.3. A popular Guide Book variety with a blundered reverse, the UNI in UNITED was engraved in place of the denomination before the error was discovered and partially effaced. The obverse is lightly toned in silver-gray colors, while the reverse features vivid orange, powder-blue, and olive patina. Beautifully preserved, and well struck aside from the left side stars.
