Description
Very Scarce 1855-S Arrows Half XF45
1855-S 50C Arrows XF45 NGC. The obverse has dusky yellow-gray patina, while the reverse has hints of charcoal patina that outline the letters and devices. The shield has a tiny triangular punchmark and there is a die lump (as struck) on Liberty's waist. The 1855-S Half Dollar is one of the scarcest and most respected issues in the entire Seated Half series, particularly in XF and better condition.
