Two-Piece Lot of ca. 1940s-1950s Wass-Molitor $50 Slug Facsimiles. Includes: Wass Molitor & Co., Brass, J-745 -- Mount Removed -- NGC Details. Unc. Resembles the round fifty dollar Wass, Molitor coins of 1855, lacquered finish, nonetheless pleasing except at the rims where a six-pointed mount was removed; and Wass Molitor & Co., Brass, Reeded Edge, J-745 -- Improperly Cleaned -- NGC Details. AU. Same as previous but lacking the banner on reverse.From The Jankovsky Collection.
