Superb Cameo Proof 1896 Dime
1896 10C PR67 Cameo NGC. Only 762 proofs were struck in 1896 and very few are known today in Superb condition. This is a brilliant coin that displays starkly contrasting deeply mirrored fields with thick mint frost over the devices. The contrast is so strong, this coin almost qualifies for the Deep or Ultra Cameo designation. An outstanding example of this well-produced year from the 1890s.
