Roosevelt Dime Struck on a Feeder Finger End
1994-D 10C Roosevelt Dime--Struck on End of Feeder Finger--MS65 NGC. 0.31 grams. A feeder finger delivers planchets to the dies. Apparently, the end of a feeder finger broke off, and was stamped between the dies. The date and mintmark are complete, as is about 80% of the design. The left border is ragged with legends partly absent. Interesting clashmarks are noted in front of the profile.
