Description

1901 $5 MS 64 NGC. A splendid near-Gem specimen with extraordinary, frosty luster, a sharp strike, and minimal abrasions for the grade. While this coin is accurately graded as an MS 64, in our opinion, many coins graded MS 65 do not possess the eye appeal of this piece. An ideal coin for a Choice Mint State type set.
