1893 25C Isabella MS64 Prooflike NGC. A hint of apricot color enriches this satiny, boldly struck, and unmarked near-Gem. Isabella Quarters were sold for a Dollar apiece in the Women's Building at the Columbian Exposition, although after the Expo closed certain dealers such as Thomas Elder made bulk purchases of the issue at a reduced price.
