Description
1998 1C Lincoln Cent--Reverse Die Cap--MS66 Red NGC. This error Cent had an initial normal strike, but clung to the reverse die for an indeterminate series of additional strikes. Partly wrapping around the reverse die, the obverse portrait of Lincoln was distorted and expanded from a series of strikes against blank planchets.
