Toned With Motto Type Coin
1867 $1 PR63 PCGS. CAC. With a mintage of only 625 proofs,
the 1867 typifies why With Motto Seated dollars are a challenge for
type purposes. The devices are intricately detailed on each side,
and the mirrored fields flash strongly beneath the pastel
iridescence. The toning greatly subdues the light hairlines.
