1880-S $1 MS67 NGC. Well struck and exquisitely preserved, with a remarkably clean cheek and nearly mark-free fields. An arc of deep rainbow toning blankets nearly half of the reverse, showing colors which include emerald-green, crimson, and chartreuse. Other than a few small and barely-discernible contact marks, on each side, the surfaces seem pristine.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2544, PCGS# 7118, Greysheet# 7476)
