1889 25C MS65 PCGS. Bright and lustrous with a faint degree of terra cotta toning along the upper obverse edge. A minor rim nick is noted near 3 o'clock on the reverse, just above ER in AMERICA. A nicely struck and appealing piece from the tiny mintage of 12,000 business strikes.(Registry values: P1)
