Pleasing PR66 Cameo 1895 Quarter
1895 25C PR66 Cameo NGC. Both sides show substantial contrast, though not quite at the Ultra Cameo level. Both obverse and reverse, however, come close, with the richly frosted devices emerging from glassy silver mirrors. A quality specimen for the discerning series collector.
