Memorable 1915 Quarter, PR67
1915 25C PR67 PCGS. CAC. This first-generation PCGS certified proof Barber quarter is a Superb Gem with visually flawless surfaces. Both sides have frosty devices and deeply mirrored fields around a fascinating display of toning. The central areas are partially bathed in brilliant cobalt blue and bright violet, framed by a ring of lemon-yellow and light orange. Additional pale green is evident on the reverse. The toning pattern covers about 60% of the surface on each side. The balance is primarily pale grayish-violet with splashes of iridescence.
