Description

Lovely Gem 1890-CC Morgan Dollar

1890-CC $1 MS65 PCGS. The obverse of this Gem is fully prooflike with brilliant silver surfaces and splashes of pale brown toning. The reverse is similar although only semi-prooflike (to borrow an old-time term). Despite the usual central weakness, the strike is excellent. PCGS has only certified nine finer examples.
