1849-O G$1 Open Wreath MS64 PCGS. All known examples of the 1849-O gold dollar are of the Open Wreath variety. This lustrous near-Gem displays apricot-gold and mint-green patination, and a decisive strike delivers sharp definition to the design elements, enhancing the coin's eye appeal.
