1988-D 10C Roosevelt Dime--Struck 95% Off Center--MS63 PCGS. Although struck 95% off center, this dime has a complete date and mintmark. The unstruck area of the coin has the expected number of tiny planchet abrasions, but the struck portion is lustrous and well preserved.
