1870-CC 50C VG8 PCGS. The 1870-CC was the first half dollar struck at the Carson City Mint and virtually all were extensively circulated. A patch of charcoal color covers the field around stars 1 and 2, but the rest of the surfaces are medium gray. The details are clearly outlined and, although LIBERTY is not readable, IN GOD WE TRUST is plain.
