Lustrous 1926 Sesquicentennial Gem Quarter Eagle
1926 $2 1/2 Sesquicentennial MS65 NGC. Dazzling luster exudes from both sides of this Gem Sesqui commemorative quarter eagle. Yellow-gold surfaces display hints of light green, and a couple of light copper spots on the reverse. The design elements are well brought up throughout. A minute mark or two on each side likely precludes an even higher grade.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# BYLT, PCGS# 7466, Greysheet# 10213)
