Double Struck 1868 Indian Cent AU58
1868 1C Indian Cent--Double Struck, 2nd Strike 85% Off Center--AU58 NGC. The first strike was normal, the second strike is widely off center toward 8 o'clock. The second strike is at 8 o'clock relative to the first strike. Sea-green and chestnut-gold toning. Smooth save for a small rim ding at 4 o'clock on the reverse of the first strike. The reverse die has heavy cracks along both sides of the wreath.Auction Info
