1794 1C Head of 1794 -- Obverse Scratched -- NGC Details. VF.
S-65, B-51, R.1. Our EAC Grade Fine 12. Ex: Mervis Collection.
Breen Die State V. The obverse has several die cracks and the
reverse has a light crack through the left side of the final S, and
another to the final A. The obverse of this mahogany-brown cent has
minor scratches between the L and I, extending down into Liberty's
head. Microscopic surface roughness and other minor handling marks
are present.From The Adam Mervis Large Cent Collection.
