1898 Indian Cent--Double Struck, Second Strike 15% Off Center--Fine 12 NGC. Both dates are bold on this double struck cent. The second strike is off center toward 12:30, at 12 o'clock relative to the first strike. ONE CENT has moderate buildup, but both sides lack consequential contact.
