Stunning Specimen 67+ Gold 5 Dollars

George V Specimen gold 5 Dollars 1912 SP67+ PCGS, Ottawa mint, KM26. The initial year of this short three-year type and the only year to have Specimen strikes. This example has the characteristic razor-sharp strike, with lovely bright gold satin finish and no significant flaws. This issue in Specimen is very rare, especially in such Superb condition as the lovely example we offer here. It was missing in Specimen from the Norweb, Pittman, and Belzberg collections. A major Specimen gold rarity and the finest example we have had the pleasure of offering.
