Walking quadriga driven by charioteer right; above, Nike flying right to crown horses / ΣYRΑΚΟΣΙΩΝ, pearl-diademed head of Arethusa right, wearing beaded necklace; hair gathered in short tail; all surrounded by four dolphins swimming clockwise.
