1869 5C PR67 Cameo NGC. Well-contrasted surfaces show
excellent preservation and a modicum of field-device reflectivity.
Both leading services combined have certified only five Superb Gem
Cameo proofs of this date. A thin, curved lint mark appears near
the tip of one of the lower-left stars on the reverse. The reverse
die is the Fletcher IIa, star pointing between A and M, that
