1919-S Buffalo Nickel, MS65
Toned and Conditionally Scarce
1919-S 5C MS65 PCGS. Ex: Simpson. Iridescent toning spans
both sides of this luminous, satiny Gem 1919-S Buffalo nickel. The
strike is slightly soft as usual on the bison's shoulder and the
Indian's braid, but peripheral detail is strong. Slight die erosion
appears in the outer areas of the fields. No major abrasions are
seen. The 1919-S is scarce in this grade and finer finer.
