Description
1797 1C Reverse of 1797, Stems VF30 NGC. S-136, B-7, R.3. A chocolate-brown cent with little evidence of contact or carbon. The strike is uneven but traces of luster remain. A planchet flaw affects the T in UNITED. The obverse is misaligned toward 2 o'clock, though only dentil width is affected. Our EAC grade Fine 15.(Registry values: N991)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2242, PCGS# 1422, Greysheet# 765)
