1803 C-4, B-4 Half Cent, XF45
Likely Struck in 1805

1803 1/2 C C-4, B-4, R.3, XF45 PCGS. Manley Die State 1.0, the only recorded die state with clash marks inside the wreath. This splendid half cent, with the diagnostic sixth berry in the left branch of the wreath, exhibits glossy surfaces with mottled chestnut and steel-brown toning on each side. Evidence suggests that these half cents may have been struck in 1805. Our EAC grade VF20.
