1942 25C PR68 PCGS. Only five examples have been certified by PCGS in this grade, with not a single finer coin. The obverse has brilliant Proof surface at the center, surrounded by rings of lilac, turquoise, and gold color. The reverse is essentially brilliant and lustrous with just a hint of iridescent toning at the border. Population: 5 in 68, 0 finer (8/05).
