1928 10C MS67+ Full Bands PCGS. CAC. his Superb Gem
Philadelphia coin is conditionally rare and seemingly pristine
under a loupe. Not only are the fasces bands sharp, but the
peripheral legends are boldly brought up. Silvery interiors are
frosty and unabraded, surrounded by vivid forest-green, violet, and
gold border toning. Eye appeal is outstanding. Population: 45 in 67
