Proof-Only Large Cent Variety

1856 1C Slanted 5, N-5, R.5, PR63 Brown PCGS. The 1856 N-5 large cent is known only in proof format, and several dozen survive. Housed in a green-label PCGS holder, this example has a bold strike and features lime and plum toning on both sides. The fields are minimally reflective. Our EAC grade PR60.
