Bavaria. Ludwig I 2 Taler 1843 MS64 NGC, Munich mint, KM814. Obv. Bust of Ludwig I right. Rev. Crowned arms with lion supporters and date below. A hint of golden patina graces the massive argent surfaces which retain full bodied luster throughout. Complete with a full strike that has produced bold, central images, and only light contact marks to note over both sides. A conditionally rare issue and currently the finest-certified example of the type.
